Guild Group and Guild Insurance awarded Best Blended Learning Solution in the 2021 Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD) Excellence Awards

Guild Group and Guild Insurance were awarded Best Blended Learning Solution in this year’s Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD) Excellence Awards. 

The AITD Best Blended Learning Solution Category is presented to an organisation who can demonstrate excellence and impact by utilising a combination of learning delivery mechanisms, methodologies and modes in a new or existing learning initiative.  

The Learning & Development team were awarded for the Pet Insurance training program, rolled out with Guild Insurance in 2020 – an immense achievement for Guild Group amongst 14 notable finalists. The program objectives were achieved through design solutions including engaging learning interactions; in-person workshops allowing problem solving, sales technique improvements and peer reviews; and the highly innovative practical simulated call environment for ‘Mystery Shopping’. 

These solutions played a significant role in facilitating the entry into the new market of Pet Insurance and in strengthening key strategic partnerships.
